As you might expect from a wine that is 50% from the Calera clone, this wine has a fabulous savory quality. The yin to the Calera’s yang is the Swan clone, which makes up the other half of this wine and provides a beautiful floral and cherry aromatic profile to complement the extreme focus of the Calera. The vivid mouthfeel on this wine is well integrated with anise, spice, and vanilla. This is a full-throttled Pinot Noir!
